Karen and I knew right out of college that we wanted to be involved in the local real estate market. We started our Real Estate career in 1999. I operated as a stand-alone agent working the face to face appointments with Karen providing support with paperwork and marketing. Our drive for continuous learning and finding a better approach to real estate led us on several cross-country trips to study and learn from the top teams in the industry. With each trip we brought ideas back to implement into our business in the Tri-Cities. Those implemented ideas and ingenuity along with a lot of elbow grease and team growth has positioned us as a Top Real Estate Team in the Tri-Cities.

Our personal rolls have shifted from 1999, but our drive for providing the best real estate experience through innovation, integrity, and teamwork is stronger than ever. We now manage a full service Residential Real Estate, Property Management, and Construction Service Team with 30 plus team members. Today we strive to provide challenges and a growth mindset workplace as we lead our team through each shift in the market so that we come out stronger and better equipped than the day before.

In 2022 we traded in our longtime Richland residency for the banks of the Columbia River on the Pasco side. We haven’t noticed if the water is better or the grass is greener in Richland vs Pasco, but we’re learning to put aside the rivalry and enjoy this new home base. Mason and Mia are off to college making us proud and giving us the excuse for plenty of cross-country trips to visit.
